To Hell in a Hand Basket

There was a time when I believed we would never let an innocent American or friend of the U.S. endure torture or be killed in a foreign country. No "Calvary" came for the 4 men in Benghazi. There's a Pakistani doctor sitting in prison for giving us information about Bin Laden's whereabouts. He's been there for years now and we do nothing. Right now, we know of the pregnant woman who is scheduled to be killed because of her faith.

And as I type this, an American vet, suffering from PTSD from the Afghan war languishes in a Mexican prison. He crossed the poorly-lit border by accident with legal guns in his car.

This administration has done NOTHING to help any of these people. In most cases, a visit from the Secretary of State or Secretary of Defense could get them out. Surely, a call from the president on his trusty phone could help. If not, we could hold the millions or billions we give those countries in aid.
